On one side, employers and recruitment agencies use our platform to distribute job postings programmatically — similar to how a display ad gets placed across many sites at once, but for jobs — with CPC and CPA pricing, multi-market reach, and campaign optimization built in. On the other side, job publishers and premium traffic sources plug into that same demand, turning their recruitment traffic into transparent, optimized revenue. We work with distribution partners like Sourcing Square to connect the two. This board is one of those publishers: it indexes the same network feed, so anyone can browse it without an account.

Why it's built this way
- Broader than one company's jobs. This board is meant to be a real place to search, not just a showcase for AdvantagePro's own customers — most listings here come from elsewhere in the network.
- No account required to apply. We don't run our own application pipeline. “Apply” is always a redirect to wherever the employer actually wants applicants to go.
- Kept current automatically. Listings are re-synced against the network feed on a schedule, and roles that come down at the source are marked closed here too.
