Job description

Evaluate patients and develop and implement speech-language therapy plans of care for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing needs. Collaborate with physicians and patients’ families, document evaluations and treatment, provide education and discharge planning, and follow applicable clinical and regulatory standards.
